SECTION 1 - GENERAL 

All orders are accepted and executed by the seller on the basis of the following conditions. These are acknowledged by the placing of orders by the buyer. Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer require written form in advance.



SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS 
All information about the products is not binding. No liability is assumed for the correctness, completeness or topicality of the product information. All information can be changed at any time.

SECTION 3 - PRICING 
All prices in the shop are in Swiss francs including value added tax. The prices are quoted for unpacked goods and without shipping costs. We reserve the right to raise prices at any time.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS 
Orders placed by the buyer are binding and will be executed as they are received by the seller. The seller assumes no liability for incorrect entries by the customer or for transmission errors. The seller is free to refuse the execution of an order at any time without giving reasons.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart before payment is made. Rates are subject to weight and size of order as well as the speed of the shipping option chosen.

SECTION 8 - PAYMENTS
Payment can be made via PayPal payment gateway. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe Payment Processing Services for mojo services gmbh on mojo.swiss, are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the 'Stripe Services Agreement'). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a customer on mojo.swiss, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of mojo.swiss enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide mojo.swiss accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise mojo.swiss to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

SECTION 9 - DISCLAIMER
The seller assumes no liability for errors in illustrations, prices and texts. Upon delivery of the goods to the carrier, the seller has fulfilled all obligations arising from the customer's order and the benefit and risk in respect of the goods shall pass to the buyer. In particular, mojo.swiss cannot be held liable if the carrier does not hand over the goods directly to the customer, but instead deposits them in his absence in front of his door, in a milk crate, at a neighbour's or similar.
The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt and to inform mojo.swiss of any defects within three days in writing by e-mail or by telephone.

SECTION 10 - RETENTION 
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until all existing claims have been paid in full. In particular, the extended retention of title applies. 

 



SECTION 11 - COPYRIGHT 
If a customer wishes to supply us with an image to use in a design, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image that they present for transformation into a print is copyright free or that the copyright is owned by the customer themselves. We will take no responsibility for any breach of copyright caused through printing an image supplied by a customer. All website design, text, graphic and designs of the prints and or products within the site are under strict copyright © mojo services gmbh. You may not modify or replicate any item in any way without permission. You are not permitted to copy (whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in this website.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW
The court of jurisdiction is Zurich - Switzerland. 1st December 2020.
